A Brighton native, Beth Pominville Martini brings her corporate experiences to Livingston County businesses to help them define and reach their goals.

Beth has a passion for defining business processes to improve teamwork, efficiency, and organizational performance.  She brings more than 20 years experience of improving organizational performance through processes while minimizing the impact of change to the employees.    The result is that large changes are implemented organizationally, but the change to any one employee is minimized and simplified.  Baby steps.

Beth has been a long-time distance runner.  No longer racing, she jogs on local trails with her dog as often as she can.  Especially in the fall when the weather is nice, the trails are beautiful, and memories of cross-country season hits!
